We charge a flat rate of $10 (1-100 items) for all domestic orders.We use Australia Post Express Airmail, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. All orders received before 9am are sent Express Airmail and are delivered within 1-2 business days (WA 2-4 days) from the date your order has been shipped.
We charge a flat rate of $15 (1-100 items) for all international orders. All orders received before 9am will be dispatched the same business day. Our shipping services have a 10-18 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination and in some cases may take up to 30 or more days). Please note that this does not include customs processing delays. All international orders require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office or reschedule a redelivery date via your tracking link.
We also offer International Express which can be selected once checking out your items. This is available for $45 and takes approximately 3-5 working days to arrive.
If there are weather issues in your country at the time of transit, this can cause further delays of up to 30 days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an automatic email with your tracking information. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
International orders may incur an additional customs duties/tax fee payable by the receiver depending on your destination. The receiver is responsible for these additional charges and we cannot accept a return or refund of any goods if these charges are not paid. If duties or tax fees are declined and the parcel is returned you will need to pay for the return of the order.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Dollcake is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

We are unable to refund shipping costs and combine two or more orders. The weights that are calculated for each order must be processed through our postal system. If these weights are incorrect due to items being added there can be issues processing your order through the postal service. If you would like to combine orders we are more than happy to cancel/refund your current orders and you can then place your order again. Just keep in mind with limited items you will run the risk of others purchasing your products that get put back online.
Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. Once the parcel has left Dollcake HQ the item/s are no longer in our control and any lost, stolen or delayed packages will not be refunded.
If a customer error in the shipping address is made during the checkout process or your parcel is unclaimed/unsuccessful in delivery, Dollcake reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $10 for Australian orders and $15 for international orders.
