We want you to be happy with your Dollcake purchase. If for any reason you are not and wish to return any item(s) we will provide you with either a credit note, exchange, or refund, one of which will be selected based on your reason for return. You are required to email us before returning any item(s)

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS-

INCORRECT FIT:

If the items(s) are not the correct fit we will provide you with an online store credit note. Our 14 day returns time restraint does not apply with a change of size. We will accept the change for sizes of the same item as long as all tags are attached and the item is unworn. 

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law and our Site Policy, which is accepted by the customer at the point of purchase, we are not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, or if you change your mind.

CHANGE OF PRODUCT/DESIGN:

If you are for any reason unhappy with your item and wish to change this for a different product you will be issued an online store credit. Returns must strictly be returned within 14 days of delivery (Parcel must be sent from your post office 14 days of being delivered, however does not have to arrive within 14 days). 

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law and our Site Policy, which is accepted by the customer at the point of purchase, we are not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, or if you change your mind.

FAULTY ITEM/INCORRECT ITEM OR SIZE:

If you believe you have received a faulty item or incorrect item/size please firstly contact us via email on sales@dollcake.com.au with your order number, full name and a few images of the area of concern. International customers can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the item has a major fault we will offer you a full refund including shipping.

If the item has a minor problem we will repair it and return it to you within 10 working days. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the item has a major fault we will offer you a replacement, credit note, or full refund.

CONDITIONS:

Dollcake exchanges and refunds are subject to the following conditions and all of the below must be adhered to for this to happen.

-You returned all item(s) within 14 days of delivery (Not required for change of size)

-Return the item(s) in original saleable condition

-Your return item(s) must not be soiled, washed, used or worn

-Original Tags must be attached to the garment

-The return form must be complete

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Dollcake reserves the right to refuse an exchange, credit note or refund.

It is within our discretion to deem a product as faulty or not. We recommend all customers inspect their products upon receiving them. We do not accept returns on items that have basic wear and tear.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error. 

We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following item(s).

*Subject to availability, we allow in store / Showroom customers change of size for sale items.

HOW TO RETURN A GARMENT:

Please ensure you contact our sales department before returning any item(s).

When returning an item we recommend you use a traceable delivery method and either insure your delivery for safe return to Dollcake or declare the full value of the shipment so you`re completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose to not undertake these recommendations we are not responsible for loss or damage to the product during delivery.

Please note Dollcake Terms and Condition applies to item(s) purchased via the Dollcake online store only.
